Mindful Movement will not be about shapes, being a pretzel, having firm abs or being flexible. We will simply try to find more space and more freedom in our bodies, minds and lives. In today’s hectic world we often identify with the busy-ness. You can unhook. You’ll learn ways to befriend your thoughts, feelings and body, relax tension, stretch muscles and take ways of living home with you that allow inner calm in the midst of the outer noisy world. Dress comfortably, bring a mat (or do the movements in a chair) and a journal. All are welcome.
