I am happy to be offering this new class at the Falmouth library


Tuesdays, 10:30 am-12 noon; 8-week session begins July 17
Life is uncertain.  Get up and move—on and off the mat.
Mindful Movement is NOT about shapes, being a pretzel, having firm abs or being flexible. We will simply try to find more space and more freedom in our bodies, minds and lives.  In today’s hectic world we often identify with the busy-ness.  You can unhook. You’ll learn ways to befriend your thoughts, feelings and body, relax tension, stretch and take ways of living home with you that allow inner calm in the midst of the outer noisy world. Bring a mat and a journal. All are welcome.
