The holidays can be stressful. In that stress, often we can’t appreciate even the special moments. With the rush of family gatherings, traveling, cooking, cleaning, shopping, wrapping, and trying to please everyone, this season can feel overwhelming. Take time for you, for your own self, to recharge at least for an hour and a half a week.
Having a morning of refuge to rest a bit and take a break will give you more energy and seem to make more time. For five weeks, come see how the ancient practices of mindfulness can help ease modern tensions.
