Wise Eating, Self-Acceptance, Heart Nourishment & Presence

YOU ONLY HAVE ONE BODY. HERE IS A NEW YEAR’S GROUP TO SUPPORT IT

May the New Year nourish you fully: your mind, your heart, your body

Are you tired of New Year’s Resolutions that don’t stick? Do you want to move in closer to those changes you really want to make? Do you want those changes to be lined up with your deep values?

Then join Betsy Harding and Susan Young starting January 6th at Organic Roots Salon and Day Spa,   545 Westbrook St. South Portland, Maine on Tuesdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. for

NOURISHING CONVERSATIONS

Betsy is the owner of Organic Roots and is committed to organic, vegan and cruelty-free products . She thrives on her passion for environmentally conscious living and vegan ethics.

Sue Young is a retired psychotherapist, yoga and meditation teacher, a plant-based eater for thirty years who lost fifty pounds and transformed junk food eating into a passion for personal and planetary health.

In NOURISHING CONVERSATIONS we will use Sue’s book FOOD FIX: ANCIENT NOURISHMENT FOR MODERN HUNGERS as a basis to begin the transformational work of healing our relationships to food, our body-home and (dare we say?) our greater home, the Earth. (Book can be purchased at the group)

When we are pulled by seductive so-called pleasures, we can get side-tracked from our resolutions. In NOURISHING CONVERSATIONS, we will form a grounded supportive circle of friends and mentors for you to find YOU in the New Year.

Check out our web sites at www.organicrootsme.com and www.heartnourishment.com and our face book pages at “organic roots” and foodfixbyslyoung.

Sign up by sending an e-mail to Betsy or Sue: organicroots.me@gmail.com or sly313@aol.com. Then we will follow up with details about directions, etc. Each week will cost $15.00. We will donate ten percent of the fee to a charity we choose together.
